Registration WCI2009Early-Registration has been closed. (April 30, 2009) Pre-Registration has been closed (June 01, 2009) On-Site Registration is available at the venue. Registration can be made through the Congress Website or FAX Registration Form. FAX Registration form is also attached to 2nd Announcement of WCI2009.@Registration can be made from September 1, 2008. Please note registration by e-mail or post CANNOT be accepted. Registration Fees (in Japanese Yen) :
1)To join the membership, please access/contact following; JSIR http://www.jsir.gr.jp/ IAIS Each member society (BIS, BIRAs, CAN, CIS, GREMI, HIS, IRA, SCIL) 2) Student/Graduate student participant is required to send a copy of student ID and/or an official letter proving status to the Registration Desk by e-mail, fax or post. 3) Accompanying person must be a partner or a spouse of the registered participant. 4) Banquet will be held : Date/Time: July 9, 2009 / 7 p.m. As the number of ticket is limited, it may not be available on-site. Banquet is only for participants and registered accompanying persons. EntitlementsRegular participants' and students' registration includes;Participation in the Scientific Programme Final Programme & Abstract Book Congress Bag Welcome Reception Luncheon Seminars (Lunch box will be served before the session starts) Accompanying persons' registration includes; Welcome Reception Accompanying persons' programme Payment MethodPayment must be made in JPY (Japanese Yen), by bank transfer or with a credit card. No other type of payment will be accepted.1. Bank Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer Only) Payment must be arranged within 10 days after registration. Please note that all transfer charges must be paid by participants. You can confirm the bank account details at the points during the registration process as follows: On the last page during on-line registration process Automatically e-mailed to you after completion of on-line registration In the FAX registration form. When arranging a bank transfer, the following information is required to fill out on the remittance form:
Overseas: Application number (issued after completion of on-line registration) and
participant's name in the message field
Japanese: Participant's name in the sender's field
2. Credit CardAmerican Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable. ConfirmationThe way of obtain a confirmation letter and receipt depends on registration process.1.On-line Registration: Upon completion of your registration with payment, you can print out registration confirmation with receipt of fee through Congress Web Site's registration page. In case you select credit card payment, you can print it out right after registering. If you select bank transfer, printing can be made after payment is received by the congress registration desk. Registration desk will inform you by e-mail when you are ready to print
**ATTENTION**
Confirmation can be printed as many times as you want at your convenience by July 10, 2009. A receipt can only be printed once. Please inquire at the registration desk if you failed to print.
**HOW TO PRINT**
1. Access to : https://www3.convention.co.jp/abstract/sr258/e/default.jsp 2. Enter Your ID and password. 3. Click "Confirmation" 4. Click "Print a confirmation letter" or "Print a receipt" to print out 2.FAX Registration: Both a confirmation letter and receipt is to be posted by the Registration Desk upon completion of your registration with payment. Please remember to bring your registration confirmation to the Congress venue to pick up your Congress kit. CancellationCancellation must be made by informing the Registration Desk in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows;Cancellation Received by Noon (JST), June 1 2009: 50% of the Total Amount Paid Cancellation Received after Noon (JST), June 2 2009: No Refund Please note that all refunds will be made after the Congress. Transfer charges for cancellation refunds must be covered by participants/applicants.
