Guidelines for English Abstracts

Deadline: 12:00 noon, Thursday April 8, 2010(JST) via E-mail

Abstract Submission

Participants are invited to submit their abstracts via E-mail with an abstract submission form (Word format) which can be downloaded at the bottom of this page.
(Please note that hardcopy abstract submission will not be accepted.)
Any paper submitted after the deadline of 12:00 noon, April 8, 2010 (JST) will be refused without exception.

Volume (abstract body): 1,600 letters or less

Charts, images and photographs are not accepted.

Abstracts accepted will be printed in the P & A book (program and abstracts book) as you submit. Please check them thoroughly.

The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to make the final decision concerning the allocation of presentations.
 
 

The secretariat will issue the registration number for each submitted abstract. If you do not receive any e-mail confirmation, please contact the secretariat.

The accepted abstracts will be published as the P & A book for the 72nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Hematology.

Notification of acceptance will be mailed by June 30, 2010.

Travel Award

The organizing committee of the 72nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Hematology is pleased to announce the availability of 25 Travel Awards for participants from Asian countries (except Japan) and below 45 years old.

A travel award consists of 100,000 JPY. The recipients will also be granted the opportunity of presentation at the meeting without registration fee.

The applicants must have an academic track record in the field of hematology. This will usually be judged by some publications in peer reviewed journals and/or presentations of posters/ lectures at national or international meetings.

To apply for the travel award, please check the travel award application when completing the submission form. The secretariat will contact later to request further information.

Please send the submission form to the secretariat before April 8, 2010.
The result will be mailed by June 30, 2010.
