*1“Regular” means a doctor, and a person working for a commercial supplier in the industry.
*2“Resident / Trainee” must be within 5 years of graduating from a medical school and is required to send an official letter proving such status (signed by your immediate superior) to the registration desk by fax, post or e-mail. “Medical Worker (Non-doctor)” means a nurse, a technician and others working for a medical institution, but not a person working for a commercial supplier in the industry.
An official certificate or a letter signed by your immediate superior must be sent to the registration desk by fax, post or e-mail.
*3 The registration fee for Students including Graduate students has revised to free of charge.
Students are not required for pre - registration. On - site registration is only available.
Please bring your student ID for your registration. If you don't have your student ID, you must register as "Regular" and pay JPY40,000.
*4 “Accompanying Person” must be a spouse or a family member of the registered delegate.
  • “The 18th annual meeting in Preventive Nephrology and Urology (Japanese session Only)” is held at Tsukuba International Congress Center from Nov 13 (Fri.) to Nov 14 (Sat.).*

    ※Participants of 20th APCC are admitted to the scientific programs of "The 18th annual meeting in Preventive Nephrology and Urology".

  • The 20th APCC is accredited by the Japanese Board of Cancer Therapy to acquire 3 credits for application of the General Clinical Oncologist.

Registration Fee Inclusions

Congress registration includes the following:

  • Admission to scientific programs of the Congress
  • Documentation including a book of abstracts
  • Opening Remark, Welcome Reception, Dinner Reception and Closing Remark

Accompanying persons

  • Opening Remark, Welcome Reception, Dinner Reception and Closing Remark

※Accompanying persons will not be admitted to scientific programs other than the exhibition.

※Registration by e-mail or phone cannot be accepted.

Payment Method

All payments must be made in Japanese yen by bank transfer or with credit card.
No other type of payment will be accepted.

1. Bank transfer (telegraphic transfer only)

Please note that all transfer charges must be paid by participants.

Remittance must be arranged within 10 days after registration.
Bank account details will appear on the last page during on-line registration process or will be automatically e-mailed to you after completion of on-line registration.

When arranging a bank transfer, the following information is required to fill out on the remittance form:

Overseas:
Application number (issued after completion of on-line registration) and participant's name in the message field
Japanese:
Participant's name in the sender's field

2. Credit card

American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and JCB are acceptable.

Confirmation

Please print your confirmation and receipt out of the registration site.
In case you select credit card payment, you can print it out right after you registered.
If you select bank transfer, printing can be made after the registration desk has confirmed the payment. Registration desk will inform you by e-mail when the printing is possible.


  • ID number and password, to be registered at first login, will be required to access the registration site.
  • Please remember to bring your confirmation to the congress venue to pick up your congress kit upon arrival.

**NOTE**

  • Confirmation can be printed as many times as you want at anytime during registration by Nov 14, 2009.
  • A receipt can only be printed once. Please inquire the registration desk if you failed to print.

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made to the registration desk in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail.
The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:

  • Cancellations received by (JST) Sep 30(Wed.), 2009: 50% of the total will be refunded.
  • Cancellations received on or after (JST) Sep 30 (Wed.), 2009: No refund.

Please note that all refunds will be made after the congress.
Transfer costs for cancellation refunds will also be applied to participants.
